Terms & Guidelines

  • The prefabricated stall will be handed over at 4 PM on 28th July 2026.
  • In case you need the raw stall without fabrication, please let us know in advance and the same will be handed over at 11 AM on 28th July. You can get the fabrication done as per your choice.
  • No heavy weight materials will be allowed.
  • No Arms, fireworks or anything that causes risk will be denied the entry.
  • You need to abide by the laws governed by the organizers, Jio World Convention Centre & the authorities.
  • Organizers have right of discretion on the contents / displays. If found inappropriate, they may be removed.
  • For a successful event, we expect decorum and decency at all times during the exhibition.
  • On any dispute arising and noncompliance of the terms, the decision by the organizers is final and binding for exhibitors, vendors and the visitors.
